摘要: 卒中已成为我国居民死亡和残疾的首位原因,其中缺血性卒中的占比超过80%。尽早开展再灌注治疗是改善急性缺血性卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)患者预后的关键。在国家卫生健康委员会持续提高急性脑梗死再灌注治疗率政策的推动下,我国AIS再灌注治疗取得了显著成效。为巩固现有成果并持续提升缺血性卒中再灌注治疗的规范化水平,国家神经系统疾病医疗质量控制中心联合中国卒中学会组织专家,在2021年发表的《急性缺血性卒中再灌注治疗医疗质量评价与改进专家建议》基础上,修订形成本版更新的专家建议。本版建议参考国内外最新研究数据、我国医院质量监测系统(Hospital Quality Monitoring System,HQMS)的病案首页数据,以及我国多项大型登记研究的结果,更新了AIS再灌注治疗医疗质量评价的关键指标及可量化改进的目标值,旨在为卫生行政部门、医疗机构及医务人员开展科学、规范的医疗质量改进工作提供学术指导,并最终改善AIS患者的临床结局。
