Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of Urinary Kallidinogenase in patients with posterior ischemicstroke.Methods Sixty-eight patients with posterior circulation stroke were included in this trial and allpatients were randomly divided into two groups. Patients (n=34) in the treatment group were treatedwith Urinary Kallidinogenase injection and basic therapy for 14 days after inclusion, while thecontrol group was treated with physiological saline and basic therapy. National institutes of healthstroke scale NIHSS and Barthel index was evaluated pre and 14d, 90d after inclusion.Results The common symptoms of posterior circulation ischemic stroke were unilateralweakness,speech difficulty, dizziness and numbness. The common signs of patients were limbweakness, central facial or lingual palsy, dysarthria. Patients treated with Urinary Kallidinogenaseinjection appeared obvious improvement than that of the control group.Conclusion Urinary Kallidinogenase injection may improve the clinical prognosis in posteriorcirculation stroke patients.

摘要： 目的 观察静脉注射人尿激肽原酶（尤瑞克林）对急性后循环梗死患者的疗效。方法 选择后循环梗死的急性期患者68例，随机分为尤瑞克林治疗组（人尿激肽原酶治疗14d）和对照组，观察两组患者在治疗前及治疗后14d、90d的神经功能缺损评分。结果 尤瑞克林治疗组和对照组患者在治疗14d、90d后神经功能缺损程度均有不同程度改善，而使用人尿激肽原酶组患者在治疗后的神经功能恢复情况较对照组有明显改善。结论 人尿激肽原酶可能有助于改善后循环梗死患者的临床预后。
