建立类别流畅性测验的中国常模

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的类别流畅性测验是国际上常用的认知检查测验，本研究旨在建立该测验的中国常模。方法 42例正常被试、16例卒中患者，完成类别流畅性测验，用到的类别有动物、蔬菜水果、工具、动作、著名人物，分别统计被试在1分钟内列举类别物体的总正确数、亚类转换、串联数、前15 s、后45 s以及最佳15 s的正确数。结果随机选出四分之一的正常被试的数据重新评分，重测信度值r =0.99，测验的灵敏度为0.69，特异度为0.90，总负荷率为0.84。结论该常模具有良好的信效度，具有临床和科研应用价值。

Abstract: AbstractObjective Category fluency test is a widely used cognitive assessment test. The aim of this study isto establish the Chinese norms.Methods Forty-two normal participants and 16 stroke patients have accepted the category fluencytest which includes the categories of animals, fruits and vegetables, tools, movements and famouspeople in 1 minute respectively. The data analysis includes total correct numbers, switchingnumbers, number series, and correct numbers in first 15 s, in last 45 s and in best-performed 15 s.Results We examined the test-retest reliability, one fourth samples are selected and r =0.99. Thesensitivity is 0.69 and the specificity is 0.90.Conclusion Chinese norms in this study have acceptable reliability and validity; they can beapplied to clinical and scientific research.
