Abstract

摘要： 为帮助临床医师和研究生正确解读和分析临床试验结果，本文结合3个新近发表的结论完全不同的颈动脉支架成形术（carotid artery stenting，CAS）随机对照研究（SAPPHIRE、EVA-3S和SPACE试验），阐述如何正确地解读和评价医学文献和临床试验结果，并最终利用这些研究结果指导临床实践，选择适合患者的最佳治疗方法，为患者带来最大的益处。
