Abstract: Cerebral ischemic stroke is a common cause of mortality and disability in humansworldwide. Dysfunction of energy metabolism, disturbance of neurotransmitters and increaseof oxidative stress play important roles in pathophysiological processes of the cerebral ischemicstroke. Microdialysis technique, known for its continuous sampling and analysis of neurochemicalsubstances in the extracellular fluid is becoming a widely-used tool in the research of cerebralischemic stroke. This article summarizes the latest clinical and preclinical research in this field.

摘要: 缺血性卒中患者梗死区与半暗带兴奋性氨基酸、自由基、单胺类递质及能量代谢产物生成的紊乱对疾病的发展与转归起到重要作用。微透析(microdialysis)作为一种实时、在体、连续的检测细胞间液生物活性分子变化的实验方法,在脑缺血性疾病的研究中得到越发广泛地应用。现就国内外此领域进展加以综述。
