Seeking Medical Services Decision-Making Status and Relevant Influencing Factors in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke: A Review

Abstract

Abstract: Pre-hospital delay is the main cause of missing reperfusion opportunity in patients with acute ischemic stroke, which is often caused by unreasonable seeking medical services decision-making. Previous studies mostly discussed the external factors such as delay in medical treatment and transport, and rarely analyzed the patient and family's own factors. Therefore, this article summarized the concept, status and influencing factors of seeking medical service decision-making for stroke patients and their families, analyzed the existing problems of seeking medical services decision-making, discussed the influence and cause of cognitive, environmental and psychological factors on patients' seeking medical service decision-making, to provide reference for making out the corresponding measures.

摘要： 院前延迟是急性缺血性卒中患者错过再灌注治疗时机的主要原因，常因患者不合理的就医行为决策导致。既往研究多探讨就医延迟、转运延迟等外在影响因素，较少从患者自身决策的角度进行院前延迟的分析。本文从缺血性卒中患者就医行为决策的概念、现状及其影响因素这3个方面进行总结，分析目前急性缺血性卒中患者就医行为决策中存在的问题，讨论认知、环境、心理等因素对患者就医行为决策的影响及原因，为制订针对性的干预措施提供参考。
