Abstract:

Objective To provide reference for improving the teaching levels by analyzing the characteristics of training visiting radiologists of cerebral stroke in Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University. Methods The information of 142 visiting physicians of Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University during the year 1999 to 2015 (2009 was excluded) were investigated, including age, sex, professional title, medical grades of original institution, and training period, etc. Results The mean age was (34.9±6.2) years old with 67% (95/142) of male visitors, 51% (73/142) of attending doctors, 76% (108/142) from Class III grade hospitals, and the median training period of 6 months. Conclusion Most of the visiting doctors of our department were attending physicians from Class III hospitals. Based on a good education background and previous professional experience, they have potential for professional development. This is helpful for their individualized education.

目的 分析首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院卒中影像进修人员的基本现状，为提高卒中影像教学水 平提供参考依据。 方法 对1999-2015年（2009年除外）在首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院进修卒中影像诊断的142例 学员进行调查，包括学员年龄、性别、职称、原单位的类别、学习时间等。 结果 全部学员平均年龄（34.9±6.2）岁，男性学员占67%（95/142），中级专业职称占51%（73/142）， 所在医疗单位76%（108/142）为三级医疗机构，学习时间的中位数为6个月。 结论 首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院卒中影像诊断进修医师以三级医院的主治医师为主要人群， 具有一定的临床工作经验和前期教育基础，职业成长空间大，有助于开展个性化教育。
