儿童急性缺血性卒中静脉溶栓1例报道

Abstract

Abstract: Clinical trials related to pediatric stroke are limited, and evidence-based support for acute-phase treatment regimens remains insufficient. This paper reports the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of a 14-year-old male patient with acute ischemic stroke. After receiving intravenous thrombolysis, the patient’s neurological deficit symptoms were improved. Subsequent etiological examinations indicated patent foramen ovale, and elective patent foramen ovale closure was then performed. The patient was prescribed long-term antiplatelet therapy postoperatively. During a one-year follow-up, no stroke recurrence was observed.

摘要： 儿童卒中相关临床试验较少，急性期治疗方案缺乏循证证据支撑。本文报道1例14岁男童急性缺血性卒中的临床诊治过程。该患者接受静脉溶栓治疗后，神经功能缺损症状改善。后续完善病因学检查提示卵圆孔未闭，遂择期行卵圆孔未闭封堵术。患者术后长期服用抗血小板药物，经1年随访，未见卒中复发。
