摘要: 急性脑梗死是常见的缺血性脑血管病,与血小板活性密切相关。血小板活性在急性脑梗死发病、进展、治疗及预后等环节均存在重要影响。平均血小板体积(mean platelet volume,MPV)和血小板分布宽度(platelet distribution width,PDW)是反映血小板活性的两个重要指标,体积大的血小板因能分泌更多的促血栓因子、表达更多的P-选择素和血小板糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体而被认为拥有更高的活性;活化的血小板因伸出大小不一的伪足而使得PDW增大,因此高MPV值和高PDW值都是血小板活化的标志。本文对血小板活化对急性脑梗死的发生、发展及预后等方面的影响进行综述,以期为后续研究血小板活性和急性脑梗死的关系提供参考。
