近红外光吲哚菁绿血管造影在脑血管病中的应用

摘要:

中枢神经系统手术保持脑组织灌注是最重要的基本原则之一,如果术中破坏血供,术后可出现明显的神经功能障碍,尤其是在脑血管病变的手术中,因此发展实时术中血流评估技术对神经外科医生非常重要。作为术中脑血流评价的新方法,近红外吲哚菁绿血管造影简便、快速、实时,非常有应用前景。本文就近红外吲哚菁绿血管造影在脑血管病中的应用进展进行综述。

Abstract: Maintaining cerebral perfusion is one of the most important principles of centralnervous system surgery. Major vessels' compromise or occlusion especially during neurovascularprocedures may occur postoperative neurological deficits. It is important for neurosurgeonsto develop real-time methods for intraoperative f low evaluation. Indocyanine greenvideoangiography is a simple, quick and real-time method. As a new technique for intraoperativeassessment of vascular flow, it is very promising. The article reviews the application progress ofnear-infrared indocyanine green videoangiography in cerebral vascular diseases.
