摘要: 冰岛deCODE研究组报道,编码磷酸二酯酶(Phosphodiesterase,PDE)4D的基因可能使缺血性卒中的危险性增高,这一发现对于缺血性卒中的预防具有重要意义。但是,在世界其他一些国家进行的后续研究中,结果却不尽相同,提示对该基因仍有进一步详细研究的必要。

Abstract: The deCODE Genetics Group in Iceland reported that the gene encodingphosphodiesterase (PDE) 4D might increase the risk of ischemic stroke. The finding is of great significance for the prevention of ischemic stroke. However, later relative research in other countries made different findings, implicat- ing that more detail research about this gene is necessary.
