临床决策支持系统在脑梗死合并心房颤动患者抗栓治疗中的应用

Abstract: With the development of hospital informatization, medical data are increasing exponentially. The utilization and mining of medical data has become a research hotspot in clinical and related fields. The clinical decision support system (CDSS), a mature artificial intelligence (AI) product combining AI technology and clinical data, can not only provide physicians with highquality evidence-based diagnosis and treatment strategy, but also trigger warning early and timely according to the changes of the patients’ condition. This article introduced that CDSS can provide early warning of improper treatment and irrational medication in antithrombotic treatment for cerebral infarction patients with atrial fibrillation by improving the function of CDSS, to further improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment and the outcome of such patients.

摘要: 随着医院信息化程度的加深,医院数据呈现指数级增加。对于医疗数据的利用与挖掘已 成为临床与相关领域的研究热点。临床决策支持系统作为结合人工智能技术与临床数据的成熟人工 智能产品,除了能够为医师提供基于循证医学证据的优质诊疗方案,同时还可以根据患者病情变化及 时触发预警信息。本文旨在改进临床决策支持系统的功能,使其能够在脑梗死合并心房颤动患者抗 栓治疗中具备预警不当处置及不合理用药等情况的功能,进而提升此类患者的诊治质量与结局效果。
