Abstract:

Clopidogrel is a widely used antiplatelet aggregation drug. However, Clopidogrel-induced platelet inhibition is patient-specific. The benefits of using clopidogrel are not guaranteed. Various platelet-function tests include light transmission aggregometry(LTA), and platelet function analyzer 100(PFA-100), and flow cytometer(FCM). The prevention of clopidogrel resistance has versatile measures. The possible measures include avoiding drug interactions, augment dosage and therapeutic alliance.

摘要： 氯吡格雷是目前广泛应用的抗血小板药物，其对血小板的抑制具有个体差异性。近来氯吡格雷抵抗受到了越来越多的关注，它的检测方法有透光率集合度测定、血小板功能分析仪、全血流式细胞仪等。防治氯吡格雷抵抗的对策是多方面的，主要有避免药物相互作用、增加剂量或联合治疗等。
