摘要: 视觉传导通路将光信号在视网膜光感受器内转变为神经冲动,传至大脑皮质视觉中枢而产生视觉。由于其供血动脉分支众多,且具有个体变异较大等特点,不同视觉传导通路部位和不同性质的病变,对患者视觉功能的损害不尽相同。本文对视觉传导通路的供血动脉进行综述,以期为临床医师全面认识和系统性了解其血液供应提供依据。

文章导读: 视觉传导通路涉及解剖结构众多,不同的解剖部位和不同性质的病变对患者的视觉产生的影响程度各异。但由于供血动脉复杂,目前临床对视觉传导通路血液供应的认识仍存在不足。

Abstract: Visual pathway converts optical signals into nerve impulses in retinal photoreceptors and transmits them to the visual center of the cerebral cortex to produce vision. Due to the large number of branches of the supplying arteries and the characteristics of large individual variation, different parts of the visual pathway and different natures of the lesions can cause varying degrees of damage to the patient’s visual function. In this paper, the supplying arteries of the visual pathway are reviewed in order to provide the basis for clinicians to understand their blood supply comprehensively and systematically.
