A Case Report on the Treatment of Ischemic Stroke Caused by Moyamoya Disease with Ginaton

Abstract

Abstract: Moyamoya disease is a chronic vascular disease of unknown cause, characterized by progressive intracranial vascular stenosis, occlusion and abnormal vascular network formation. It can be clinically manifested as ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, headache, epilepsy, etc. Treatment includes surgery and drug therapy. In this paper, the clinical efficacy of a case of ischemic stroke caused by moyamoya disease was compared before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions was observed, so as to explore the efficacy and feasibility of sequential therapy of Ginaton for clinical reference.

摘要： 烟雾病是一种原因不明的慢性血管性疾病，其特征为颅内血管进行性狭窄、闭塞及异常血管网形成。临床可表现为缺血性或出血性卒中、头痛、癫痫等，治疗包括外科手术及药物治疗。本文通过对1例烟雾病所致缺血性卒中患者治疗前后的临床疗效比较并观察不良反应的发生情况，探讨金纳多序贯治疗的疗效及可行性，以供临床参考。
