Abstract: Supertentorium subcortical infarction is an important type of cerebral infarction. Precise understanding of the concept, comprehension of its classification, potential etiology and mechanism is helpful to identify them in clinical practice and intervene effectively according to their difference to improve the outcome and prognosis. This article will have a brief discussion about its classification together with the etiology and mechanism of partial types of infarction.

摘要： 幕上皮层下梗死是脑梗死一种重要的类型，明确这一概念并了解其分类及潜在的病因及发病机制，将有助于在临床上识别此类梗死，并针对可能的病因及发病机制进行有效地干预，从而改善其结局及预后，本文将探讨其分类、部分类型梗死的病因及发病机制。
