Abstract: Stroke is the leading cause of death in China. The establishment and quality control of stroke centers aim to create a comprehensive stroke emergency treatment system for more efficient and standardized stroke diagnosis and treatment. China has already developed a considerable scale of stroke center network. The construction of stroke centers adheres to government leadership, and the promotion by the health administrative departments provided strong support for the orderly development of various work aspects. Popularizing stroke knowledge and education is the prerequisite for stroke center construction, and it is essential to continuously and adaptively promote early stroke identification and health knowledge at all levels. Pre-hospital identification, emergency dispatch, and transportation are the key factors in reducing the delay in pre-hospital delay, reflecting the objective demand for accelerating the construction of the “stroke emergency care map”. The construction of green channels in hospital stroke is the core of the construction of stroke center, and we should actively explore and establish appropriate green channel models. Encouraging the development of mature regions to build primary stroke treatment units actively, increasing the application of remote stroke diagnosis and treatment methods, and effectively bridging “the last mile” in stroke treatment are important. Continue to promote information quality control work throughout the entire process in the construction of stroke center and quality control, comprehensively improving the efficiency and objectiveness of construction work. The situation in China determines that there is enormous potential and a long road ahead for the development of stroke centers and quality control.

摘要： 卒中是我国居民第一位的死亡原因。卒中中心建设与质量控制是为更高效和规范地普及卒中诊疗技术而建立的一套卒中急诊救治体系，我国已形成了初具规模的卒中救治网络体系。卒中中心建设坚持政府主导、卫生行政部门推进是各项工作稳步有序开展的有力保障。卒中科普宣教是卒中中心建设的上游，持续不断、因地制宜地全方位开展卒中早期识别及健康知识普及至关重要。院前识别、急救派遣及转运等是减少院外延误的重点，是加快“卒中急救地图”建设的客观需求。院内卒中绿色通道建设是卒中中心建设的核心，应积极探索建立适合医院自身的绿色通道救治模式。鼓励发展成熟的区域积极建设基层卒中救治单元，加大远程卒中诊疗方式的应用，切实打通卒中救治“最后一公里”。持续不断推进信息化质控工作的开展，贯穿卒中中心建设及质控全程，全面提升卒中中心建设工作的效率和客观性。我国国情决定卒中中心建设与质量控制发展方兴未艾，任重道远。
