摘要: 脑血管反应性(cerebrovascular reactivity,CVR)的评估对脑血管病的治疗和预防有重要意义。目前CVR检测方法主要包括正电子发射体层摄影、单电子发射体层摄影、氙计算机断层扫描(Xenon computed tomography,氙CT)、灌注成像、经颅多普勒超声、血氧水平依赖性磁共振成像及近红外光谱分析等。常用的激发试验包括吸入混合浓度的CO2和静脉注射乙酰唑胺以及改进的屏气等。本文对脑血管反应性的主要检测方法做一简单综述。

Abstract: The evaluation of the cerebrovascular reactivity(CVR) is very essential for the management and prevention of the cerebrovascular diseases. The major measurement for the CVR include positron emission tomography(PET), single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT), Xenon computed tomography, perfusion weighted imaging(PWI), transcranial Doppler(TCD), blood oxygenation level-dependent(BOLD) magnetic resonance imaging, near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) and so on. At present, cerebrovascular reactivity were mainly measured by CO2 inhalation, acetazolamide administration or refined breath-holding test. The aim of this article is to review the major methods used for detecting CVR.
