Abstract:

Simulation based medical education (SBME) is a frontier model for teaching and training to assist medical students in improving technical skills and learning the decision-making process for solving urgent and complex clinical cases. This new model will play a more and more important role in the field of neurology teaching in the future. This paper reviewed the necessity, current status and the focuses on curriculum arrangement of SBME in neurology teaching.
