Abstract: Post-stroke depression (PSD) is a common complication of cerebrovascular disease.The pathogenesis of PSD is complex, which refers to many factors just like neurobiology, anatomy,sociology and psychology. This article reviews the advances in the research on pathogenesis ofneurotransmitters and neuroanatomy, so as to strengthen understanding and recognition of PSD.

摘要： 卒中后抑郁（post-stroke depression，PSD）是卒中的常见并发症。PSD的发病机制复杂，涉及神经生物学、解剖学、社会学和心理学等诸多因素。本文对以神经递质学及神经解剖学改变为代表的机制学说的研究进展做一综述，以期加深对PSD的理解和认识。
