Abstract: As the increasing knowledge in risk factors and etiology among stroke in young people, this paper reviewed not only modified and unmodified factors, but also causes for cardioembolism, haematological disorders and monogenic cerebral vascular diseases, so that aimed at providing the new clues for the further studies in risk factors and etiology among young adults suffered ischemic stroke.
