摘要:

【摘要】 干细胞移植可能是将来治疗卒中的理想方法之一。无创示踪干细胞在脑中的存活、增殖分化、迁移,以及与宿主的整合是确定干细胞移植治疗的有效性及安全性的关键。近年来,随着分子生物学技术及材料科学的发展,愈来愈多的无创模式和与之相应的新型造影剂被用于移植细胞的活体示踪,并已在动物模型取得了初步成效。本文对应用纳米造影剂在卒中干细胞治疗中活体示踪的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

【Abstract】 Stem cells therapy has shown a great potential for the treatment of ischemic stroke in human. Non-invasive technique to tracking stem cell survival, proliferation, migration and integration with the host cells in vivo is the key to determine the efficacy and safety of stem cell therapy. With the progress achieved in the field of molecular biology and material sciences, more and more non-invasive tracking modalities and related novel contrast agents have been developed in recent years, which exhibited preliminary results in animal studies. In this review, we discuss the recent developments in using nano contrast agents for the stem cell tracking in ischemic stroke research in vivo.
