摘要: 卒中急性期患者常出现上肢运动功能障碍,此类功能障碍可显著影响其日常生活活动能力。传统的卒中急性期上肢功能康复多以外周干预为主,患者主动训练的时间不足。本文报道1例因急性大血管闭塞导致左侧肢体瘫痪的卒中患者,在经皮颅内动脉取栓术后早期,即接受了以基于运动想象的康复脑机接口为核心的主动康复训练。该患者于发病3 d后启动并完成9次床旁康复脑机接口训练,其上肢运动功能与日常生活活动能力均有改善。本文通过分析该患者接受康复脑机接口训练前后的功能变化,旨在为卒中急性期患者提供康复治疗方案的新思路,以更有效地促进其上肢运动功能恢复。

Abstract: Upper limb motor dysfunction is common in patients in the acute phase of stroke, which can significantly affect their activity of daily living. Conventional upper limb functional rehabilitation in the acute phase of stroke primarily focuses on peripheral intervention, resulting in insufficient time for patients to engage in active training. This article reports a case of a stroke patient with left-sided limb paralysis caused by acute large vessel occlusion. Early after endovascular thrombectomy, the patient received active rehabilitation training centered on motor imagery-based brain-computer interface. The patient initiated rehabilitation training 3 days after stroke onset. After completing 9 sessions of bedside rehabilitation brain-computer interface training, both the patient’s upper limb motor function and activity of daily living showed improvement. By analyzing the patient’s functional changes before and after rehabilitation brain-computer interface training, this article aims to provide new insights into rehabilitation treatment approach for patients in the acute phase of stroke, so as to more effectively promote the recovery of their upper limb motor function.
